SF1 is a strength and conditioning suspension trainer designed by former UK special forces operative Tony Hayes. We were commissioned but SF1 to create an engaging promo film that tells his story and the design of the suspension training product.

Filming took place over two days. Day one involved re-visiting the location where Tony sustained his injuries before joining the military. We filmed through the streets and surrounding area of South London to capture the urban environment of where Tony grew up. On second day we headed to the Brecon Beacons, which is an area synonyms with the UK Special Forces and where part of selection to join the regiment takes place. The Brecon’s have a eerie feel to them on a cold grey day which was perfect for the mood of the film we wanted to create.
