Travelling to the South East of Ireland, we met up with a passionate runner called Toby Bedell. Toby loves running and is always looking to improve his technique. As a member of Running Reborn he practices the technique regularly whilst on his daily runs. Toby took us on a tour of his home town and we were blessed with an amazing sunrise, something Toby tells us, is why he loves living where he does so much!
